Got Questions?

We’ve got answers, hopefully.

  • Cell service can be spotty on Brant Lake depending on your provider. We will have wifi available at the camp. If your phone doesn’t work – enjoy your unplugged stay and throw it in the lake!

  • We love them (well, most of them), but please leave your kids and pets at home. Celebrity guests are approved upon request.

  • Yes! From one recovering people pleaser (*cough* Sarah *cough*) to another, no need to contact the venue just yet, we’ll keep you in the loop. Full instructions will become available alongside the formal invitations – sit tight!

  • Jimbo’s Club at The Point has the most gorgeous rooms available for your stay on-site. Cabins are simple, but comfortable for couples, groups, or families. Each cabin has its own private, modern bathroom and is furnished with queen-sized, single, and bunk beds. The beds will be fully furnished, so no need to haul bedding and towels with you. Every cabin features scenic views of Brant Lake – who doesn’t love a Parent Trap Camp Walden moment?

  • Just like gifting us money, it’s not mandatory, but strongly encouraged. Jokes aside – we’ve structured the weekend in a way where we can maximize time with our loved ones. It is absolutely not mandatory to stay the entire weekend, but we would love to see you!

  • If you’re staying on the property, we’ve got you covered, please check the full schedule for a list of all the meals provided throughout the weekend. Be sure to include any dietary restrictions, allergies, or preferences in your RSVP.

  • Check our “Schedule” tab for a list of on-site and off-site activities. If you’re bored, you’re boring.

  • This is a biiiiiig no-no unfortunately.

  • For the daytime activities, we are going for casual and sporty-chic. We’ll have a ton of activities (check our “Things To Do” tab for more info), inclusive of both active outdoor and indoor leisurely games. Don’t worry, we aren’t making you do a timed mile, but if you want to play at camp, we suggest athleisure and sneakers. We are not permitted to get in the lake, so leave your swimsuits at home. Reminder that it is October in Upstate NY, so bring a jacket and some warmer layers for the Welcome Bonfire and snooze-time hours.

  • On Saturday, Joe and Sarah will be the ones in a suit and white dress, respectively. If the website is any indication (it is!), the weekend will be colorful and vibrant! For all guests, this will be a semi-formal moment, bonus points if you match the gorgeous fall foliage. Be sure to check the weather, our Ceremony and Cocktail Hour will be outside pending the weather and it may be a bit chilly! Reception and After Party will take place inside. Plan and pack accordingly!

If Joe & Sarah are on the dance floor and you’re heading home or turning in, you have full permission to leave without saying goodbye! We love all of you, but want to maximize time enjoying the weekend – no need to come find us. In fact, we’d love it if you let us boogie interruption-free!

  • Get out of here, wedding crasher!
