Accommodations
Jimbo’s Club at The Point has the most gorgeous rooms available for your stay on-site. Cabins are simple, but comfortable for couples, groups, or families. Each cabin has its own private, modern bathroom and is furnished with queen-sized, single, and bunk beds. The beds will be fully furnished, so no need to haul bedding and towels with you. Every cabin features scenic views of Brant Lake – who doesn’t love a Parent Trap Camp Walden moment?
From one recovering people pleaser (*cough* Sarah *cough*) to another, no need to contact the venue. Please direct any accommodation questions to the fabulous Joyce Bassett.

HOW MUCH DO ROOMS COST?
Hotel-style rooms run about $145–$207/night and can accommodate 1–3 people. These are limited and will be prioritized for those needing easy accessibility. These contain king or queen beds. King beds can be separated into two twins as well.
Cabins start at $95/night depending on how many adults are in a room (the more you have in a cabin, the less expensive it is per person). Cabins contain one queen bed and multiple bunk beds.
how long should we book for?
Friday–Sunday
Checking-in Friday ensures you’ll be tapped-in for all the weekend fun and activities. The below price includes: Welcome Dinner, Friday night stay, Saturday Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner, Saturday night stay and Sunday morning farewell brunch.
Saturday–Sunday
If you can’t make it to the Welcome Bonfire on Friday, you’re welcome to check-in on Saturday! The below price includes: Saturday Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner, Saturday night stay and Sunday morning farewell brunch.
HOW CABIN-Y ARE THE CABINS?
The cabins contain private bathrooms, electricity, running water and linens. With that said, the venue is not a traditional hotel, so it does not have some of the amenities one might be accustomed to, like an ice machine, mini fridge or hair dryer. Here are a couple things you might want to bring with you to make your stay more enjoyable:
Hair Dryer (if you need one, the crisp fall air works wonders as well)
Umbrella or rain gear (hopefully you won’t need it, but check the weather!)
Warm fleece (the Michael Bassett special), or a sweatshirt for the campfire. It is the Adirondacks in October, so it can definitely get chilly!
Cooler – If you are bringing any drinks or snacks that need refrigeration, it is recommended that you bring a personal cooler. And yes, this means bringing any personal snacks or drinks is allowed!
HOW DO YOU PICK WHO BUNKS WITH WHO? WILL I HAVE TO SHARE WITH RANDOM PEOPLE?!?!
Sarah & Joe will be organizing room accommodations based on your RSVP and requests, so please let us know if there are other guests attending that you would like to bunk with! We will be reaching out with your accommodation plan to make sure it works for you, we don’t envision guest having to bunk with people they don’t know, there’s tons of space!
HOW DO WE GET THERE & CHECK-IN?
Jimbo’s Club at The Point is located at 7201 State Route 8, Brant Lake, NY 12815. The venue is in the Adirondacks about an hour north of the Albany International Airport.
For guests staying on-site, enter the grounds and drive all the way to the end and temporarily park in the cul-de-sac, check-in will be in the Library (yeah, there’s a library, how cute!). Payment is due at check-in, all major credit cards are accepted as well as cold, hard cash. Please note that personal checks are not acceptable forms of payment. You will also receive instructions as to where to park for the weekend. Please consider leaving any valuables locked in your car as cabins don’t lock (for safety reasons).
ARE THERE OFF-SITE ACCOMMODATIONS?
Should you choose not to stay ay Jimbo’s, there are plenty of hotels in Brant Lake, Chestertown and Lake George. Please note we do not have a hotel block for alternate locations.
WHEN IS CHECK-IN?
For guests arriving Friday, check-in is from 1PM until the end of the bonfire at 9PM. For guests arriving Saturday, check-in runs from 10AM – 3PM. Please let us know if you need early or late check-in and we can work with the venue to come-up with a solution for you!
